I am Dick Krahl and Krahl Enterprises, LLC is my private business advisory services firm. I am a seasoned business executive, investment banker and business advisor with over 40 years of experience across many industries.

My background is quite diverse—spanning a broad reach of significant operational, financial, strategic, executive, entrepreneurial and advisory roles. I have been a material participant in transactions such as; public offerings, private placements, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, strategic alignments, real estate acquisition and development, leadership development, executive coaching, product and service offering development, marketing and sales development and strategic/tactical deployment, employee motivation and performance improvement projects.

Since forming Krahl Enterprises in 2001, I have advised dozens of large and small companies with respect to their interest in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnering, capital formation, real estate development projects, business strategy and business model/plan development.

As a result of my background in investment banking, In 2006 I was retained by a private equity and advisory firm to assist the principals in their formation of a boutique corporate finance securities firm. As its interim President, General Securities Principal and Chief Compliance Officer I guided the securities firm through the regulatory process and through its early stage of operations. During my tenure we successfully completed M&A and private placement projects with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $270 million.

During the 1990s I was Chief Operating Officer and a shareholder in a privately held, leading-edge and highly celebrated corporate training, leadership development and change management consulting firm. I also managed the firms boutique hotel resort and corporate conference center and a network of conference center partners worldwide. We were purchased in the mid-1990s by a division of a Fortune 200 company and at their request I continued in my role of Chief Operating Officer and later I served as their head of mergers and acquisitions for the change management consulting group. Having agreed to stay for only 5-years, in 2000 I departed to form Krahl Enterprises.

In the early 1980s, I was the Chief Operating Officer of a public company in the technology, education and communications industry. In the mid-1980s I was the head of Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions for a regional investment banking firm and later served in the same capacity for a private boutique equity capital firm. My investment banking experience during the 1980's included personally directing over a dozen IPOs and several mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Back in the early 1970's I received a BS degree from Arizona State University, was a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona and was an audit manager with one of the "big 8" international CPA firms. I have also held Series 24, 62 and 63 securities licenses. I am also a decorated Vietnam combat veteran and through the years have been a board member, president or active member of many community service organizations and youth soccer organizations.

I presently conduct business from my office in Las Vegas and in the Phoenix and San Diego area as well—and I will travel anywhere in the world you require to get the job done.
